Pros

They pay decently compared to most companies in the area.

Cons

They hire alot of people and start letting them go a day or two into training. They shift like the wind . One minute your the best ever , the next minute you think they are going to let you go . Their analytics they go over at the start of each day makes no sense to anyone who knows basic stats. You can be at the top in your group for days and suddenly in one day someone who was at the bottom all week long is ahead of you. Avoid the overpriced medical benefits which have huge deductibles. It would be better to find your own insurance.

Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are good. People are good. Those who do your job really understand it.

Cons

Working with sales teams at Sprint is the worst. Everything is your job in the Sprint store. But don't expect any extra money for it. Don't expect to get that bonus at all. Goals are unrealistic and get worse each month. No Parts to repair. MOST iphone device only qualify for exchanges not repairs so this is a big hit to your money. A company that doesn't understand the customer-facing job. No work life balance. Hours are horrible. Usually working 9 to 10 hour shifts in store. Work load is unreal all the time. Company has "if one person can all people can" mentally.
