Heavy workload due to the adoption of a RAPID model, where any manager can make a suggestion for improvement. Changes result in daily updates to curriculum, though not makes it difficult for techs to implement with so many changes. Difficult to prioritize as everything is a priority Unlimited leave is not approved and no leave accrues over time. Two week minimum advance notice is required Very corporate. Dissenting views are discouraged Bonuses are given on a pre determined percentage. In order to get a good bonus, someone else has to get a bad bonus
