Don't let them fool you with the fluff. They only care about numbers. You're just another body to fill a seat. Personal life? Better get rid of it. They don't want you to have one. They cultivate little phone call taking robots with illusions of upward mobility and then they actively seek to destroy anyone that is higher caliber leader. Heaven forbid you attempt to give them feedback. Good lord. You'll be shut down and pushed out so fast it'll make your head spin. Save yourself the constant headaches, work somewhere else.

Cons

Oh yeah. That was the good stuff in the pros. The cons are so bad you would have to experience them. RUN. AWAY.

Pay was great! Overtime is available a lot in the summer time and during holidays. They offer Incentives for you to take overtime so even more money 😍 Event coordinators always doing things for employees.

Cons

Management. No work life balance. You don't have PTO hours you EARN them and if you don't have them you're SOL

If you need a job it's pretty easy to get one on the phones.

Cons

No sick time, too few supervisors that can help you. They are overburdened with other projects and doing interviews for new hires all the time instead of helping their teams.
