Interview was fairly easy which consisted of two phone interviews because I work from home. They ask basic interview questions related to customer service.

Cons

Hard to find a notary to electronically notarize I-9 document. I feel that the process could be made easier.

Highly stressful with long hours. Often work alone so workload is heavy with little assistance or true time off.

A very disciplined, rigorous, data driven culture. Strong and decisive leadership with a clear vision. Teams held accountable. Respect for family, but is tough to compete if you have a balanced life. If you are a workhorse and like long hours, this is the place for you.

Cons

Extremely competitive culture, and lacks collegiality with very limited team building/social events. Quite political. Leans heavily toward individual contributor, with few "team" leaders in place (in spite of having teams). Promotions are (few) and consensus based for Director level and above.
