Pros

Asurion is built on strong ideals based in southern hospitality and integrity. Brand new call center, nice ergonomic desks and equipment, NO sales, decent benefits and good pay.

Cons

The very core values that made this company a success are not being followed. Work-life balance is stress filled and toxic unless you are one of the few who found their place in the growth happening. For those who are seen as inferior to their boss - advancement opportunities are EVERYWHERE. If you are coming into this company at a lower position than you are looking for, you will NOT be happy. And for those who are being advanced, the work load is INSANE!!! They work very hard to only be asked for more or different results so, they are not happy.

Pros

Free directv if working as a directv agent and work from home opportunities.

Cons

Have to sell their protection plan and required to do so or you will get written up even if you offer it. Required to say the customers name 3 times in the call. Required to mention and say different things during the call or you get written up. The call could be great and you can get a great review from the customer but if you don't mention any of the required items you get written up.
