      Pros

      Probably the best benefits I had in my entire career. Also the best work office that I've entered so far - HMO (With Reimbursements) - Group Life Insurance - Leave encashments - Performance Bonus and 14th Month - Standing desks (Height adjustable) - Ergonomic chairs

      Cons

      Depends on the project really I guess. Most of the people that I have worked with here in Asurion are in the company for at least 5 years, good for them. And they are very nice to work with and very helpful. As per my case, it is a new team or somehow an experimental team. It is really stressful as we are always multitasking and doing overtime. We mostly do a minimum of 3 tasks per day, if we did not complete it, we will carry it over the next day and tasks will pile up. Collaboration with devs from India is also hard. They mostly don't take code reviews seriously and don't test their changes properly. In the end, we are always the one fixing their mess
