Pros

Flexible schedule, company is worldwide, if you know the right people that could open doors for other opportunities. Get the chance to work with many different clients

Cons

No work life balance, external training opportunities or ability to go to conferences. Constant change without the right roadmap on how to get to the next steps

Pros

Clearly defined goals, no questions about what your mission is.

Cons

1) Questionable ethics in business decision making. Made it seem like the optimal goal was to keep the customers from finding out they were actually customers, lest they file a claim. Asurion basically secretly takes out five bucks out of hundreds of cell phone customers too dumb to realize they're signed up for insurance - that is an exaggeration, but too much of that sort of thinking did not sit well with me. 2) Work life balance poor. They give you a black-berry, which means you must be available 24/7. I even got called multiple times while on my honeymoon.
