      Pros

      Good people, feels busy, lots of people get promoted. If you're good at the job you make bonus which means quite fair bit of money.

      Cons

      It can get REALLY busy, Adherence to schedule is very important to the company (and your bonus) so you always feel rushed. Bonuses get tied to things that you have little control over (Survey completion rate). If you get stuck on unsociable shift patterns, you're screwed for 3 weeks.

      The company takes care of their employees, motivates them and provides the best compensation and incentive an employee would wish for.

      Cons

      The location is far from mu home and it's graveyard shift.

      Pros

      - Being a part of a smaller region and a part of a lean team gives you a great exposure within your own function and business in general. - Working with bright, like minded people. We are all working towards the same business goal, there is not much politics here - Ability to move/work in your areas of interest. Asurion supports you if you want to move to a different role or want to be involved in particular projects - i love this flexibility.

      Cons

      - Being used to working in Central London, Chiswick feels different. Location for me personally is the only downside.
