Pros

Benefits and pay was decent for job.

Cons

There should have been more training. How can you give technical support if you haven't been trained.

Pros

The benefits are way above average. Incredible Health insurance and drug coverage. Management tries to keep the troops engaged and enthusiastic.

Cons

Pay is below that of other call centers in the same town. Some of the analytics on performance are very hard to achieve ie. Customer service vs. Call times

Pros

High pay. Good people in the BA and TA roles.

Cons

Contractors are treated with the distain that people use for stray dogs that wonder into their yard. Meetings are blown off. One stakeholder simply told me, "your project simply isn't that important, go find another resource."
