      Terrible Environment

      Pros

      The compensation is decent for this line of work and the hours are flexible depending on time of year.

      Cons

      A lot of emphasis on selling versus helping customers (If you dont sell, you get let go). It's quite a pressured environment to sell no matter what, which gets stressful very quickly. Higher ups are not inclined to help you at all other than your coach (manager). This is a type of job you get for the time being and you either leave or get fired within a few months maybe a year.

      I had an amazing coach

      They take your pto for their technical issues each coaching resorts into multiple zoom meetings - I felt personally screwed over one minute I am top sales next I am being investigated and micromanaged. Hostile pushing of sales not to mention immense stress in regards to offering to customers rebuttling them and pretty much told to make a product sound better than it is. No help in Skype in large chats it's all sales Om’s are jerks and the Director Michelle refused to talk to me in regards to my termination got hostile with me on Zoom. Pretty much acted like I was wasting her time to ask her questions the decision was made. I will be talking to upper management asap.

      Pushing for sales. Only care about sales for the most part which makes the job stressful No flexible schedule
