Pros

Asurion has a great vision & an excellent potential growth

Cons

Not a 1/2 second break in between taking calls. Once they decide they no longer want you there, they will unneccesarily threaten & escort you off their premises. Some of the mangers are very unprofessional and coniving.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Cell phone plan discount. Knowledgable employees at first. That’s about it, like I said before, good pay.

Cons

Management is horrible. They break up the department using fear to threaten jobs. There is no structure or rules as to when or why a manager can write someone up and HR does not even try to investigate anything so a manager can make up whatever non - truths they want to get rid of an employee. It’s really kind of sad that the word ‘integrity’ that is used for the company has no direct correlation with the actual definition of the word, it just looks pretty it seems.
