Not much opportunity to grow. Managers are liars. They are not honest and under Skilled. They don't fulfill their promises.

Pros

Maybe the benefits package.

Cons

This has got to be the worst place I have ever worked. It's a meat grinder. Training classes are running constantly, ready to replace you at a moments notice. Mandatory overtime is a regular occurrence and you are penalized if you can't work overtime due to family commitments. The customer's are always unhappy, which is understandable from the level of service they receive from their service centers. I don't believe the Management has a business degree between any of them. The job is definitely not worth the low hourly pay. Additionally, your fellow team members are constantly looking for a reason to run to management, so be careful what you say and do. Even if your actions are completely misconstrued, they will still find you at fault. Lastly, this location discriminates against men working there. I have seen multiples of male team members passed up for promotion for a female team member even when they are not better qualified. Favoritism is the name of the game here. You won't be recognized or promoted based on your merits.
