Pros

The freedom to experiment and fail. I am asked for an opinion on a regular basis, with that said I am able to speak my mind without fear. I am able to use my skills and knowledge; my manager empowers me to push myself in areas that I am unsure of myself.

Cons

The performance review process could use some improvement.

Pros

-Flexible PTO -Some WFH opportunities -When time permits, innovation is encouraged. Some teams are utilizing innovative technology

Cons

-Expect to work insane hours to meet deadlines due to lack of proper planning or input from developers. Deadlines and HLE's are decided without any input from developers. Work life balance is a joke -Many teams refuse to meet even the most basic standards of quality. Complacency is rampant and many teams refuse to adapt to new technologies -The culture is toxic. Expect an environment of constant negativity, threats, bullying from management, everyone trying to throw others under the bus to save themselves -Management holds meetings about "personal development" that are full of veiled threats of being placed on improvement plans and having your bonus stripped -When major issues occur, the blame game is in full effect. It seems like finding a scapegoat is preferable to finding a solution, and don't expect management to have your back. They will happily throw you under the bus to preserve the status quo and make themselves look better

Pros

It's truly a family feeling at Asurion. Everybody, no matter your status, is inclusive and so willing to work with you. To help you develop and be the best teammate you can be. Leadership does so much for their employees to make sure they feel excited to come to work. There is a culture of FUN here. There's daily dressup days, employee appreciation evens (most recently, they brought a carnival to the center), and game rooms throughout the building. Their incentive plan is a breeze to understand and is very obtainable, if you are dedicated and come to work everyday. Their medical benefits are comprehensive and are fairly priced.

Cons

Because Asurion services multiple clients, it makes it difficult for teammates to gain a complete understanding of the business, as a whole. This makes it slightly difficult when teammates are looking for career opportunities outside of their campaign.
