Pros

Some very good leadership at the Director level Near the top in Pay in Nashville The pay attracts really talented people great vacation benefits on paper Asurion gives you a smart phone with unlimited data. Good training opportunities.

Cons

Some very bad leadership Flexibility is a one-way street No courage to stop psychopaths and narcissists The emotional damage wasn't worth the pay vacation was very hard to use the job goes home with you due to your asurion-assigned-smartphone. Emailers can't wait until the next day. Training is worthless when it can't be used.

Pros

Flexible time off policy, which you will need to recover from all the ridulously short deadlines

Cons

Layoffs and reorgs every quarter. High stress, low morale. Outsourced 200 IT jobs to India this December.
