      Worst company I've ever worked for.

      Benefits that was about it.

      Cons

      Management has no idea what they are doing. I worked at Ubreakifix for over 3 years and I lived my job! When Asurion took Over, I quit within 3 months. Terrible company, they only care about sales.

      From tech support to sales

      Work at home, people at least pretend to be friendly

      Cons

      Aggressive Sales, poor support: worked for seven years in tech support. Last year watched them drift from tech support entirely to sales of the stupid in-home tech support option

      Vto Avaible almost daily, manager support , time between calls

      Cons

      The biggest con is their PPX system. They rope you in saying how much you could make. They fail to mention you have to hit the sales goals. They push their home program so much it over shadows customers actually issues. They have a motto of sale first. Hero system is basically wrapped around your sales. Asurion would be a better company if they focused more of customers experience and not shoving their home insurance down their throats. Also you get nothing more than a basic overview of this program.
