      Pros

      Part time that’s all that’s good. They won’t provide cell phones or vehicle.

      Cons

      No pay is given when send to a locations that is far away coming back home you don’t get compensated . You drive 2 hours and get no pay. Illegal ay practices. 50 miles are cut from the mileage too when returning . Also illegal . Most managers are unqualified and work from home and have no clue what is going one. Favoritism is big in the company . Hourly pay is actuall 13 dollars not 21$. Also you don’t get to work all your hours . It’s more a standby position . You get send home if the eye have no jobs. You work from 4 pm to midnight but only get paid for 6 hours .

      Pros

      good team mates. pretty good pay for jobs that are easy normally. incentives are pretty good. insurance.

      Cons

      management is going down hill. they no longer want repairmen but instead salesmen. they will ask you to sacrifice your integrity for the sale. they bit off too much and are now bleeding money. good luck to anyone that joins anytime soon.

      Health Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Cons

      If you ever get sick or get an illness, they don't care how great your track record is or if you are on time. If you have a family leave or LOA, then they will harass you and discriminate. They are very passive aggressive.
