Pros

You get to work from home. Thats all.

Cons

Horrible training process Horrible pay structure Empty promises Pushes sales I was forced to sell to angry customers canceling their service. And if I didn’t tick them off more I wouldnt get paid. Horrific customer service. Fired me for being pregnant and needing to pee more often

Pros

You can pick and choose the days you work but must include a sat,sun

Cons

Company only cares about sales, ppx pay model is a joke pay was wrong alot! They tell you its pay per experience but really its pay per call and some calls can take a hr. Without a sale on the call your making about 2-3.00 that hour. If you are really good you may get 3 sales in a day but lucky to get 1 or 2. They constantly change target metrics based on averages. You have people who are hourly employees taking small amounts of calls and throwing off the target metrics. If you dont care about helping customers and have the used car salesman attitude you can make some money. Leave compassion and empathy at the door or you wont make much.

Pros

Pay. Some managers and OM’s will pretty much do what they can to help you succeed in the company.

Cons

I thought I saw myself working with this company to make a career out of it but so much as changed from 2016 to now. The culture has changed, it’s no longer customer experience, its all about sales now. I was with the company almost 6 years and decided it was no longer for me.
