      Pros

      Pay and benefits are solid. That’s about it.

      Cons

      Training is rushed and it’s a sales job with lots of systems you need to learn but don’t get sufficient training to do the actual tech support the job title entails. Getting any kind of time off is next to impossible as PTO accrual takes literally a month of work to get one day off, IF it’s approved. Shifts and scheduling are horrible. Work life balance suffers because of it. They kind of just throw you out there after 2 weeks of mediocre training and expect you to figure everything out as you go. Just avoid this place if you cherish your mental health.

      its a job, its a check,

      started as tech support, turned into strictly a SALES job, they dont care about anything else, employees are harassed by text and skype constantly day in-day out,even -on days called off , pay system is very pyramid MLM-schemed and deceptive, , no real sick days or vacation, and if you try and use your PTO, youre given a hard time and expected to always work unless of course youre 1 of the "elete" "coaches"aka-harassers, then, they cover for each other-avoid this company!!

      Pay is great wish I was still there for that , perks , discounts . Great trainers , but not when you get forced on calls

      Cons

      They throw you into calls, and expect you to know everything and you never resolve any issues and you better get your sales , breaks or short on 10 hour shifts , 30 mins .
