      Opportunity to work from home permanent. Flexible schedule. Good insurance but costly

      Cons

      Management, their manager and then their manager. This company contracts for Verizon and don’t give a crap about integrity. Sale sale sale. Management smiles in your face while constantly driving morality out. They only recognize you if you are top salesperson. The job was for tech support, full blown a sales call center that handles tech support. Company does not care for their employees. Very high turnover.

      easy job and nice coworkers

      Cons

      the company doesn't care about their customers at all, only on paper and to get you to metrics but won't do anything to solve issues, they're more focus on you spending less than 5min on the phone with the customer than in actually helping and solving their issues, which results in very angry customers who are cursing and yelling at you, and when you get out of your way to actually help people, the company will come after you.
