Cons

Long drives Unhelpful resources and applications that rarely work as intended Excessive training that is only slightly relevant to actual duties Inconsistent hours and subsequently pay Money earned fluctuates based on routes, gas prices, jobs assigned, and speed of job completion Few incentives/benefits Commission structured on "Ace Points" which translate to Visa gift cards Unresponsive and uninformed mid-level management Excessive wear and tear on your vehicle with minimal compensation Extremely high turnover rate Sign-on bonuses frequently offered after additional hires are made Constantly changing processes and protocols Micromanaging and unnecessary manual reporting constantly required Forward Stocking Location (FSL) understaffed and frequently unprepared for package pickup Location tracking and mobile device management software are mandatory on personal devices No scheduled breaks Minimal access to bathrooms Traffic and inclement weather Loose COVID restrictions from staff and customers Incredibly difficult to request time off Daily zoom meetings regardless of on-job experience Lack of communication from upper-level management Advertised as a delivery job, quickly changes to sales upon beginning training Commission does not change based on quality/longevity/retention of sales made Customers rarely know their passwords to complete the steps necessary for you to complete jobs No hazard pay based on driving conditions Many ways to get terminated without recourse Job performance is judged primarily on a few difficult to maintain metrics that are only mildly in your control Product constantly changing and rebranding making it difficult to maintain product knowledge and perform effective pitches Occasionally difficult to get reimbursed for your mileage Using 5+ applications is not uncommon to complete a single delivery

Pros

Pay, that's literally the only thing

Cons

Training wasn't long enough, thrown into a tech support position that focuses almost only on sales. Micromanagement, horrible time off system and shift scheduling. High turnover so mandatory OT sometimes happens. Leadership doesn't care about anything besides metrics.
