Pros

Constantly adding more work to the job with little to no increase in pay. Treated like children by all management. Management ask for input as a courtesy but never implements suggestions.

Cons

None, do not work here

Pros

Good pay, different structure of days to work, options for food inside the office, clean

Cons

First of all if you are a spanish rep, you are in for a hard time. The way they spread out the calls between bilinguals and only english speaking is disproportionate. While you are getting calls back to back the others have a good time in between calls (which is good because some calls will exhaust you), then the matter of what is called VTO ( voluntary time off) if you are bilingual (and it's a known fact but nobody cares) you will never be able to use it, they give priority to non bilinguals and then expect you to handle all the work load. The OMs will show preference and will chew out the coaches and teams that are under performing for lack of support because they will go to their star teams. The metrics are ridiculously uptight, forget getting time to go to the bathroom, they will chew you out for it because that was time you could spend on the phone. Everything is sell, sell, sell. Doesn't matter if you helped the customer, if you didn't sell oh poor you.
