Pros

None whatsoever, a corrupt soulless company.

Cons

Corrupt company, posing as a cell phone insurance company. In fact they have calculated to make their claims protocol so difficult and confusing, consumers give up before following through to rightfully collect their claims.

Pros

Decent pay, nice coworkers

Cons

Awful supervisors, some can be really kind but for the most part a lot of them will throw each other under the bus to get cool points with higher management. Opportunities for advancement are completely terrible. Unless you are basically underneath someone in higher management and kissing their feet, you will not move up. We recently had a meeting where upper management asked us what we felt about being able to move up and we all expressed how unfair this practice is. You can have the highest stats but if you are not being a manager's best friend you will certainly never move up. They didn't think there was a problem with this. Because of my current department, I was told that I could not take an opportunity to advance even though I was qualified. Then they went out of their way to ask another person in my department if they wanted to take on the position I applied for. They literally broke their own policies that they had in place just to give this position to someone that would not be qualified...under their policy...to someone who had no interest in applying in the first place. This felt like a slap in the face especially since I put in the effort to try to be in that position and was even told I was qualified. On top of that you will go through certain months of innacurate bonuses or none at all as promised. This has been going on for 3 years and is to be expected.
