Pros

Tons of VTO, the ability to work from home

Cons

Everything else. Hours, breaks, back to back calls all day, management is horrible. They do not tell you that actually assisting the customer is second to making sure they install this app that essentially does nothing.. but that is how they are paid. If you do not get customers to install the app and make the goal of 55%, you will be on a corrective action plan. Each “coaching” session with your boss is all about how to get the app downloaded, even if you are making goal. The managers know absolutely nothing about the job and direct you to figure it out with the customer or have the customer go online so you can walk them through it. They want to create an environment where we sit there and make the customer do everything. There is no service to this at all. Also, do not work here if you are pregnant. You will be reprimanded for using the bathroom more frequently and they will hound you if you need to call out sick. The bonus is almost impossible to get.
