Pros

Starting pay 14.50 and PTO earnings are nice(HH for every 8hrs). The people on the front lines and a select few coaches are very friendly and personable(there's always the bad ones). The gal that does activities is awesome as heck. Phoenix office is boring and tired. Thankfully there is free coffee and tea and oatmeal. Talking to new people is cool and learning about Verizon stuff before the public is pretty neat.

Cons

19% off Verizon services, operation managers are the bane of your existence. They'll treat you like a champion while you "get' the stats that the constantly change, but shoot you like a horse who broke his leg the moment you fall. I busted my butt everyday, #2 in the company and met their stats and led my team and almost 2 excruciating years later, I'm still a floor mat. I've essentially given up and I've noticed most people do unless you kiss enough butt and get "in bed" with the people who promote. You'll always be forced to push a free product on someone and it can take a long time to do it for one person and times that by 20-25 and your CRT is killed and then you get the app and they write you up for CRT and you lower it by not doing the app and get written up for not getting the app.

Pros

They offer benefits and 401 k. Secure area and building.

Cons

They offer no automatic paid time off or vacation and really strict attendance policy. Really high call volume ( I would usually take about 120 calls on an 8 hour shift) Very bad management. HR does not know company policy. Also there was a case of bed bugs in my section.
