This is a really good company. I work for Soluto which is a part of the company that does tech support for the different carriers that provide insurance for cell phones. The company has really good intentions and truly wants to do the best for it's employees..

Cons

The location that I work at has a serious leadership issue. They are very reactionary and jump really quick when there are issues that they perceive will be an issue and more often than not the issues are not issues at all. There is a very high turnover partially because of the call center circuit that is out there. But people are generally unhappy with the environment and the pressure that is unnecessarily placed on them.
