I was relocated cross country...Within a few months of starting my entire team dissolved with many dissatisfied employees leaving or transferring to other parts of the business. Structure of organization is so convoluted that when I interview for another internal role, the other division was surprised to learn that I did the same things in my current team that they did. Leadership has no sound strategy of facing competitors, and as such they began to lose many partners one after the other within a short few months. Leadership blamed our competition while the reality is that there was no direction and every time a new challenged surfaced leadership would not stick to their plans and would constantly shift ideas and not collaborate as a true team. Managers and Directors had no alignment of forces and amongst poor strategies they did not fully utilize employees like myself. My role changed significantly and in the end I left disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the company. In less than a full year, they had managed to dissolve my team while leadership guilted employees into working day and night on the condition of providing work from home and unlimited PTO. In the end, it was a bad experience and the lack of collaboration and proper leadership is reflected in the dissatisfaction of employees and ultimately customers along with former business partners. I would strongly recommend prospect applicants to stay away from this company as the benefits are "meh" and the pay is also not stellar while the business climate is someone's worst nightmare. Stay away from Asurion...
