Cons=Management is very unorganized, too many changes in your job description every day, management only cares about getting bonuses, they aren't understanding of your family issues, high stress level job, they make the job harder than what it really is, high turn over, they stopped having the employee appreciation lunches that they used to have all the time. The job sucks period it's not worth your sanity.
