      Rude customer service from management

      Pros

      Decent pay. Decent discount. That's it.

      Cons

      Management has favorites, and will only appreciate what those workers do. The GM and co manager have an extremely difficult time saying thank you. No respect for the customers (I have actually witnessed managers purposely avoid helping a customer.) Poorly ran store. Need to start over with a completely new management team.

      Pros

      The company is going through some changes and everything so far has been an improvement. There are growth opourtunities available.

      Cons

      Salary is always an issue. However with the new CEO we are seeing things change for the better. Hot old buildings, poor conditions, lack of training materials.
