Pros

Dynamic company, at cutting edge of technology. Great if you want to become the next IT guru.

Cons

Company's core is Sales which makes it difficult to be noticed in areas like Supply Chain, Accounting or HR. Communication between Sales and the other departments is not optimal.

Pros

Great office space, technical background. Lots of possibilities for young people to gain their first experience within different working areas maintaining and supporting different international projects. Lots of corporate events.

Cons

Poorly developed company culture that are foccused on newcomers because of high attrition rate. Does not much with group level The place to be concept Sometimes seemed that company tried to hire people who will not talk against or say their opinion as mid level + high level managers looked afraid to have smart/smarted people in their team, ussualy the ones who speaked up left or were fired - mostly it was accomplished with psychological bullying.
