This company is driving revenue, not IT.

Pros

One of the largest volume IT providers in the nordics.

Cons

The company is too large and slow to be able to adapt to market demands. The largets portion of the company still think the best thing since sliced bread is to sell as many toner or licenses as possible. Higher management positions are only reached if you are part of a tightly knitted team of regional neighbors that are also all former colleagues in a tiny company that was overtaken 12 years ago.

Pros

Many hard working and competent peers that deserves better.

Cons

They strive to hire people that are young and cheap to be formed into the Atea culture what they call "landslaget", the management doesn't listen to the employees, not much room for development, everything is focused on sales and results. Managers are micro-managing the employees with very small possibilities to make an impact as the culture is so rooted into the organisation. If you are looking at a company that cares about the employees and where management listens to you and pay decent, look elsewhere.
