Few experienced senior and above engineers Little to no late stage design experience (RIBA 4 & 5) Environmental team run the show but have little practical experience Very politically left leaning - colleagues happily express anti-conservative/right views in the open making for an uncomfortable setting. Few people to turn to for advice on design as technical directors have left or retired
