Pros

PTO, Flex, free food due to being at the other building.

Cons

Salary doesn't keep up with costs of living even though there's record profits and all time high stock prices. 401k match only vests after 2 years even though they put it in you account starting day one. Same with any stocks you're "rewarded" with for signing on. Don't expect any fixes to any problems- only work arounds. Real issues will be met with condescending comments from higher higher ups. Multiple people have left the last few weeks, and the all employee meeting really showed us how little we're appreciated. The two questions that were related to everyday employees were met with hostility from Grant. Overall morale is LOW. From December until March expect to be working Mandatory Overtime of 4-6 hours every week, only to be rewarded with a pizza party.
