It seemed like a good enough place to work and the business is profitable. I worked with good, smart people.

Cons

It always seemed like nobody was passionate about the work they do. Athene's main competitive advantage is that they're headquartered in Bermuda and don't have to pay nearly as much tax. It always seemed a little unethical to me.
