Worst work culture & bad-mouthed long term employee. Will never recommend to anyone

Beautiful building and café. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

IT department is horrendous. A bunch of bad mouth long term employees trying to show of their worth to save their own jobs. They follow unethical business practices and use unruly and offensive communication to the newer developers. Management completely relies on these people to make any decision. More than 90% of IT staff/ developers are frustrated with the managements attitude and treatment.

Pros

Nice building. Cafe on site. Easy to park Management is pretty much always in meetings and you rarely get to see or talk to them. The schedule is flexible and you can come and go as you want.

Cons

People working in IT are unhappy. A lot of office politics and manipulative behavior. High turnover and major outsourcing to India tech companies. This company tolerates poor performance. The management in this organization is substandard. It is a top-down company, it does not value quality employees. Don't make the same mistake as I did to join this company. The IT is over 90% India nationals. Run as fast as you can!

Fair pay, work-life balance, not much more

Cons

Constant management turnover, almost entire executive team works remotely, boys club culture with deliberate steps taken to reduce female influence or positions. Management operates through threat and intimidation. Shady business practices seemingly aimed at benefiting investors more than the long term future of the company.
