Great pay, benefits, flexibility, and recently a work from home option. Monthly massages, daily meditation/stretch breaks on paid company time, and fun employee environment.

Cons

The job can be a bit stressful at times but all you have to do is ask for help and someone is always willing to assist you!

Pros

I love everything about this company. They live by their values, especially caring family culture. Today, we found out that post-COVID we will be able to continue working from home at a hybrid capacity up to 3 days per week. This is awesome! Instead of spending time commuting, I will be able to be home with my family in time for dinner and actually enjoy my evenings rather than stressing in a morning and evening commute. The company is always looking for ways to enhance our lives.

The culture at Athens is incredbly inclusive and centered around the welfare of their employees. It is a place were success is celebrated immediately and aqround all levels of employees. If there are challenges, then there is a definite team environment where everyone involved works on a sustainable solution and support to improve in those areas of challenge.
