Growing company with a 'small company' feel. You don't feel like a number to management, Management knows your name and interacts with employees on a daily basis. Owner and management are very transparent sharing company goals, profit information, and future plans. Athens cares about its employees providing many training opportunities and incentives. Competitive pay, potential for bonuses and extra incentives throughout the year. This is a medium size company that has grown over the years. It keeps up with technology and is always looking for ways to improve.
