Great company to work for. Management is great, no micromanaging. Lots of opportunity for growth. Employees are very important to them and not just a number to them. Would highly recommend to others to work here as well.

Cons

very hard to think of any. After having been in claims over 20 years, can definitely say this place is different and cares about employees.
