Thank you for this positive review! Just as a reminder, all full-time new hires start out accruing 17 days of PTO (3.5 weeks). We use PTO instead of separating sick and vacation time, so people can use their time for whatever they want. We also have 11 holidays off per year, and a flex schedule for workers' comp that is roughly an additional 13 days off per year.
