Pros

Family first culture that actually means it and strives for work/life balance. Great training and support throughout. Upper management listens to adjusters about concerns and workload. Most transparent company I have worked for with company updates. Remote work option is added benefit.

Pros

I am proof Athens believes in family values. I started when I was single, got married had two great kids who are grown adults now. I was a single mother who was able to participate in my children's school functions because Athens helped me to be able to be present at every function to not miss out. Jim Jenkins always took the time to say hi to our kids and even kept track of their growth on his office door. I have a family outside of work but I have a bigger family here at Athens.

Cons

Nothing is easy no matter where we are, but the grass isn't always greener so here I stay.
