Pros

Athens has a great workplace culture that encourages self-development and career growth. It is an extremely supportive environment and allows each employee to express their opinions in ways that are conducive to real change. I love that it feels like it is a small company even though there are over 500 employees.

Cons

Some of the systems used feel a bit outdated, but management is always seeking implementation of new and improved systems to increase efficiency.
