      Excellent, professional, fun leadership. They have a focus on employee satisfaction and ways to grow and promote to leadership positions. Good benefits and employee programs. Smart growth plans with realistic expectations.

      Cons

      It can be a tough industry to stay passionate about. Athens makes it a place to stay despite this.

      Pros

      Transparent with finances, high level of communication and focused on creating a great place to work for their employees. Truly the best employer I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      None really, but if I had to think of one, maybe too slow when getting rid of poor performers. I attribute that to the company trying to work with the poor performer and getting them back on track.

      Pros

      This company has a real family feel. The CEO is very down to earth and cares about the employees. Their compensation and benefit package is very competitive. They even offer pet insurance which is awesome. They encourage the offices to plan events for the employees and also to give back to the community. There are programs to encourage the employees to live a healthy lifestyle. Although the environment is relaxed, the clients are well taken care of and the low caseloads allow for quality claims handling.

      Cons

      No downside that I can see.
