Pros

Athens provides many great benefits so that employee's can efficiently balance work/life. The culture is awesome and there is a ton of support from all others including management. It's obvious that the company cares about their employee's which is great. The caseload is plentiful but manageable and employee's are not micro managed. Athens is by far the best company I have ever worked for.

Cons

I cannot think of any. I am very happy working here.

Supportive, informative environment. I feel my role is appreciated and my knowledge/expertise contributes to the success of our company and it is both acknowledged and rewarded by our upper management.

There are none. Having to work; this is where I want it to be!
