      Pros

      The company shows time and time again that the employees are the number one most important part of the business. Work/Life balance is a huge part of the Athens culture. As a single mom, I feel supported and valued. Management is competent and caring. The 7.5 hour work days are fantastic. When the pandemic hit, the company seamlessly supported their employees working from home.

      Cons

      I would like to see more diversity at the senior management/C-level.
