While there needs to be layers of managment in a company, no one acts as if they are above anyone else. You feel empowered to contribute and speak your ideas without being micromanaged. There is growth opportunity, a great working enviroment with benefits and pay to match.

Cons

It is difficult to state a con about Athens. Best company I've ever worked for!
