I have been working at Athens full time for a few months and so far it is great! Upper management really seems to care about you and not treat you as just a number. I love all of the different employee organizations and incentive opportunities. It definitely boosts morale.

Cons

No overtime sometimes makes it hard to get everything done

great culture, employee benefits were fair and company provided many personal perks i.e. basic kitchen needs, wellness awareness etc.

Cons

Laid people off during pandemic without severance or notice. Provided unnecessary commentary to belittle the Employees to add to the insult when the reason was the Pandemic??
