Transparent with finances, high level of communication and focused on creating a great place to work for their employees. Truly the best employer I have ever worked for.

Cons

None really, but if I had to think of one, maybe too slow when getting rid of poor performers. I attribute that to the company trying to work with the poor performer and getting them back on track.

Pros

Really great place to work. Encourage work/life balance, which is refreshing the insurance/TPA industry. Great benefits and compensation. I was very disappointed to leave.

Cons

IT department is in need of additional staffing to support the demand. Newer departments added to the organization in the past 5 years would benefit from greater support by management in terms of role acceptance by Claims Operations. Increased micro-management from various levels within the organization made performing the very basic requirements challenging at times. These are "cons" any organization can face. Overall, the environment and people far outweighed the challenges. But there is always room for improvement!!
