This company values it's employees. They believe in a simple philosophy; treat your employees right and they will treat the clients right. In turn, the clients will want to stay with the company. It sounds so simple, yet I've never worked for a company that actually "practice what they preach". From non stop food parties to onsite exercise classes and stretch breaks, to massages for all of the staff- the list could go on and on. Not to mention all that is donated to charity! I am lucky to work in such a supportive and giving environment. Very rare in this line of business!

This company has a real family feel. The CEO is very down to earth and cares about the employees. Their compensation and benefit package is very competitive. They even offer pet insurance which is awesome. They encourage the offices to plan events for the employees and also to give back to the community. There are programs to encourage the employees to live a healthy lifestyle. Although the environment is relaxed, the clients are well taken care of and the low caseloads allow for quality claims handling.
