Great environment, centrally located office, room for growth and advancement, continually expanding and opening new offices, great perks, reasonable benefits package, flexibility schedule with every third Friday off, family environment versus getting lost in the corporate structure.

Cons

I cannot think of any. They are continuously striving to make their employees happy and ask their opinions on how to do that.
