      Pros

      This is the best company I have ever worked for. They truly value their employees and show their appreciation by providing great benefits and fun work perks such as offering generous incentives (raffles, contests, gift card giveaways, picnics, lunches,etc). Athens understands the importance of work/life balance and provides their employees with monthly flex days and daily mental breaks (stretch/meditation). My goal is to retire at Athens. I love my job!

      Cons

      Like most jobs, some days can feel very busy due to the caseload, but even then, still manageable. Other than that, no real cons.

      Pros

      Athens Administrators is the best company I have EVER worked for!!! I have never worked with so many positive, knowledgeable, and team-oriented people. If you are open to learning, growth or a change in your career and want to improve your health while working, do not pass up on ANY job openings at Athens!

      Cons

      No cons for me. I just wish I had found this company when I first moved to San Diego, CA.

      Pros

      Athens cares about the well-being of their employees, first and foremost, which is shown through many health-oriented programs offered, extra little perks, fair compensation, good benefits and generous paid time off. Work / life balance is not only encouraged, but achievable.

      None: The company and position is everything it was described as.
