      Pros

      It is just a stepping stone for you to further your career as it has a big name and looks good on your CV. It is a runway for you to take off and that is it. Balance between work life and life is very good though. working hour flexibility is added bonus too.

      Cons

      below average salary. lack of possibility for promotions and lots and lots of formality. No future in the company unless you want to stay in the company for 30 years and then something might happen for you to be a director or anything of that sort.

      Large number of opportunities to move around the business, most areas take an interest in individual development and encourage professional memberships

      Cons

      Inter-business collaboration very difficult since every area wants to meet own local targets. Business very risk averse, with processes to match which stifles innovation, despite what is generally claimed.
